RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products

Stocking: Ensuring products are sufficiently stocked and displayed according to expiration dates, and rotating products

Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas
-
Inventory: Controlling inventory and informing procurement managers when levels are low
-
Organization: Organizing product displays and the stock room
-
Equipment: Operating back room equipment, slicing meats & cheeses
-
Other duties: Unloading deliveries, processing customer orders, and overseeing product deliveries
REQUIREMENTS

0–2 years of customer service experience

Ability to lift boxes over 30 pounds
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Attention to detail
-
At least 18 years old
