RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products

  • Stocking: Ensuring products are sufficiently stocked and displayed according to expiration dates, and rotating products

  • Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas

  • Inventory: Controlling inventory and informing procurement managers when levels are low

  • Organization: Organizing product displays and the stock room

  • Equipment: Operating back room equipment, slicing meats & cheeses

  • Other duties: Unloading deliveries, processing customer orders, and overseeing product deliveries

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 0–2 years of customer service experience

  • Ability to lift boxes over 30 pounds

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail 

  • At least 18 years old
